I make these chokers myself by hand and want to make sure it fits you properly. Measure your neck around the Adam's apple with a soft tape measure and let me know the measurement so I can make sure I make it to fit your neck. The extender gives you extra wiggle room so don't add any extra length! Just your neck size and I will take care of the rest!
